Starting Point

Start from scratch to make smarter changes.

This Flow is useful when you want a neutral starting point that will help you achieve the expected level and polish, without introducing obvious changes and color. The controls are designed to make transparent and easily understandable changes. The signal flow is arranged to help you intelligently make changes and maintain good gain staging.

Beatmaker

All about color and mojo.

This Flow is designed to add movement and character early in your productions. A few controls are used for quick results with colorful tones and musical parallel compression. By adding character and vibe to the mix earlier on you can then focus on the creative process without getting stuck on technical details.

Weiss Master

Weiss. It’s the name in audio mastering. Synonymous with sound quality and transparent loudness, the value of Weiss Engineering mastering tools is undeniable. Take your work to a caliber heard, or rather unheard, on virtually every major record of the past two decades.

Fast Forward

Short chain with full control.

This Flow is as simple as it gets. Tone control, compression and limiting. Three powerful processors that can define a complete track. Fast Forward is not only a great place to start exploring and learning about the different Flows, but also a great starting point for any song. Just adjust the lows, mids, and highs to your taste to add excitement and control with compression.

Big Rock

For deep and punchy productions.

Using iconic gear and classic tape compression, this Flow will quickly add energy, depth, and character. It’s great for big soundscapes where the goal is to feel embraced by the sound.

Pop Production

Preview your mix, polished and loud.

With a just few macro controls, quickly dial in different tones and compression. Move quickly from demo to something you can present to clients or labels. Use the EQ for tone (darker/brighter), compression for excitement (more/less), and widener for that larger-than-life feeling (natural/wide), then set the limiter for a loud and proud track that stands out — even though the mix isn't finished.

Clean and Wide

Minimal distortion and maximum effect.

This Flow is designed with the modern producer in mind, someone who is looking to push their level to deliver a bright, present, clear, hot master. If you’re working with music driven by keyboards, synths and/or guitars that are enveloping vocals or the lead instrument, this is a good starting point.

Low End Control

Clear and punchy low end for bass-heavy mixes.

This Flow is designed for music genres where a full low end is important in the mix, while delivering a competitive output level. It uses Tube-Tech processing that effortlessly imparts warmth and fullness simply by engaging it.

Modern Master

Enhanced modern sound in seconds.

Use this Flow for any genre to enhance rather than change the tone. This Flow gives you plenty of control over the finest tools available to quickly give your music a modern mastered sound. Tweak the macros to identify things you could improve in your mix, but keep in mind that you might not need to use all the controls to get great results.

Organic Rock

Tape, tubes and transformers.

This Flow allows you to quickly add warm character and a pleasant top end to organic music with a high dynamic range. Use tape compression to shape the tone and shift the mid-range to taste. Add excitement and control the peaks before sending it to the limiter with both compression and multiband compression.

Pop Dance

Instant vibe from the get-go.

This Flow is designed to be engaged from the start during your creative process. Produce your track with instant vibe and use the macros to quickly shape the tone and energy of your track as you create. Simple but powerful, this Flow keeps you from worrying about a master bus- or mastering chain.

Rock Production

Slamming drums and driving guitars.

This Flow is designed with music genres in mind where a punchy, driving midrange is essential to the music while also delivering a competitive level. It uses Chandler Limited® processing that imparts a midrange emphasis while maintaining warmth. This Flow is a good starting point when you need to focus on punchy drums and guitars.

Vocal Driven

For vocals with a focus on clarity.

This Flow is designed with vocal-driven music in mind. When vocals need to be clear and present while maintaining the support of the backing track, this Flow a good starting point. It offers the option to increase density to the overall presence and brightness, adding intimacy and excitement to the vocal, with the addition of a de-esser to control any excess sibilance.
