Right of withdrawal

You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement - without giving us any reason - within fourteen (14) days.

The right of withdrawal expires fourteen (14) days after the day you or a third party (specified by you), excluding the transport carrier;

• take physical possession of the items, or
• take the last item in physical possession (this applies to purchase agreements for several items that you have ordered in the same order, but which are delivered separately, or
• takes the last item or part in physical possession (this applies in the case of contracts for a product consisting of several items or parts).

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from a purchase agreement, you must inform Softube AB about this by sending a notice by post or by email info@softube.com. In this notice you must provide your name, address, email, telephone number and information about the purchase you wish to withdraw from.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the withdrawal in the form below. If you choose this option, we will promptly confirm, in a durable medium (i.e. email), that we have received your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to submit your notice that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The effect of the right of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal from a purchase agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you that apply to the purchase agreement in question, including shipping costs. However, extra shipping costs are not included if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed with us otherwise. In any case the reimbursement will not cost you anything. We may wait to refund you until we have received the item back from you or until you have sent proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first.

You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The deadline of the right of withdrawal is met if you return the items before the end of this fourteen (14) day period. The direct costs of returning the item to us is at your expense. You are responsible for the diminished value of the item only as a result of other handling of the item than what is necessary to decide the nature, characteristics and functions of the item.
